The lawyer and TV host who shot into the limelight as the host of ‘Fashion 101’ has finally satisfied the curiosity of many by giving Viasat1’s ‘This Morning’ crew a peek into her closet.

The shelves of her shoe closet shows an array of expensive designer shoes which rangesfrom Christian Louboutin, Versace, Chanel, Valentino, LK Vennett etc.

She also revealed  that a pair of black and gold Giuseppe Zanotti heels worth almost 2,000 pounds, which she bought on her birthday two years ago, is her most expensive shoe.

She added that she owns about 150 pair of shoes, if you take away the ones she has given out – smh..isn’t she a diva?

MTV Africa Music Awards to be held in Johannesburg, October 22 #MTVMAMA2016

The definitive annual celebration of African and international talent and achievement, the MTV Africa Music Awards recognise and reward musicians and achievers who have made the most impact on African music and youth culture over the previous year. The ceremony will feature performances from African and international artists along with the show’s signature cross-genre and cross-border collaborations.
MAMA 2016 will celebrate African talent across 17 award categories, including Best Male, Best Female, Best Song and Best Collaboration by Absolut. The contribution of artists from Portuguese and French-speaking Africa will also be recognised in the Best Lusophone and Best Francophone categories. Additional categories include the Africa Re-Imagined Award and Personality of the Year. The nominations for the awards will be revealed in September 2016.

This is serious!! Usain Bolt caught in bed with Brazilian student.

It appears the world’s fastest man, Usain Bolt couldn’t keep his hands off the hot Brazilian ladies, after all the partying in Rio.

A 20-year-old student, Jady Duarte, has shared pictures suggesting that she spent the night with the Olympic legend after he celebrated his 30th birthday on Saturday. This comes on the heels of the sprinter’s mother saying her biggest wish is for Bolt to settle down, as well as the world getting introduced to his hot girlfriend, Kasi Bennett

According to MailOnline,Jady Duarte posted Whatsapp pictures that appear to show her kissing and cuddling Bolt. In one of the photos, Bolt seems to give Duarte a kiss on the cheek while she looks into the camera.

The Jamaican sprinter, who turned 30 on Sunday, was also pictured partying until the early hours of Sunday morning at All In, a club in the Barra de Tijuca suburb of Rio.

Oh! Obinim was rather arrested for a GHC11.6 million fraud?

When news of the arrest of Bishop Daniel Obinim broke on Tuesday, many believed it was for flogging two teenagers in his church for aborting a pregnancy   But it appears self-proclaimed angel is facing another charge at the National Police Criminal Investigations Department for allegedly defrauding a man of GHC11.6 million.

Obinim who on Tuesday was earlier charged by the Domestic Victims and Violence Support Unit, (DOVVSU) in Tema with physical and verbal assault for flogging the two teenagers.

After he had been released by the DOVVSU unit in Tema, the CID department at thePolice Headquarters whisked him away to begin investigations into the alleged fraud case.

Bishop Obinim was said to have demanded the said amount from a gold dealer whosename is not known yet and promised to assist him to collect GHC78,000 from a fetish priest, Okomfo Gyakpata.

In an exclusive interview with Kasapa News, CID PRO, ASP Benefo Darkwah said the Gold Dealer had consulted the fetish priest in November of 2015, on a family gold business deal that had 780, 000 cedis in proceeds and he wanted some deity rights done over the said amount. Subsequently, the Fetish Priest failed to help out. The gold dealer then reached out to Obinim to help him retrieve the said amount from the Fetish Priest, spiritually.

Obinim asked the Gold Dealer to part ways with an extra 11.6 million cedis, being remaining sum from the sale of the family gold treasures, if he is to help him out. He failed to work magic for him afterwards, leading to a compliant being lodged for his subsequent arrest today.

“… I must say that we have just commenced investigations into this fraud issue. Now when we are done with this investigations, we will hand him over to our DOVVSU to also investigate the domestic violence issue,” ASP Joseph Benefo Darkwa told Accra-based Joy FM.

Meanwhile, reports suggest that the founder of the International Godsway Church will be kept in the cell overnight and interrogated Wednesday.

Late model, Belinda Asiamah died from ectopic pregnancy

According to a doctor’s account, Ghanaian model Belinda Asiamah known for her role in Obrafour’s ‘Pimpinaa’ music video, died as a result of complications from an ectopic surgery.
According to MyJoyonline.com, sources at the Intensive Care Unit of the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital (KBTH) have debunked rumours that the model died from complications resulting from a failed abortion.
Belinda was referred from the University of Ghana Hospital, where she had undergone the surgery, on Thursday, August 11. She arrived at Korle Bu around 5pm that Thursday but passed away the following day while on Life Support.
Doctors explained that Belinda’s ectopic pregnancy, a pregnancy in which the foetus develops outside the womb, typically in a fallopian tube, is not new but it was necessary to undertake the procedure to save her life.
According our sources, the University of Ghana Hospital did the emergency surgery – salpingectomy – to correct the anomaly but she developed some complications. The University of Ghana Hospital referred her to the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital because it did not have a Life Support facility which was badly needed to help stabilise her condition.
The complications made it difficult for her to breath and before she was referred to KBTH, she had suffered a cardiac arrest or heart attack but medical personnel managed to resuscitate her.
When the model got to KBTH, before she was admitted, she suffered another heart attack and after she was resuscitated, she was put on Life Support because she was in critical condition.
“Each cardiac arrest has its own complication to the brain depending on how long oxygen is cut off to the brain during the attack. The more attacks you get, the worse the outcome is likely to be,” one medical officer explained.
The chances of one’s survival of an ectopic pregnancy depend on when it is detected, the size of the ectopic and the state of the patient. The earlier it is detected; the better one’s chances of survival are.
Mother of the late model had dismissed rumours that her daughter died through a failed abortion.
The late model was quite popular for her role in the ‘Boys Abre’ music video of Guru and Obrafour’s “Pimpinaa” music video.
She will be buried on Saturday, September 10 after a church service at the Resurrection Fire Ministry International at Madina, Accra. Her remains will be laid to rest at the Madina Cemetery after the service.

Sound engineer , Roro in an interview on Hitz FM stated that  Kontihene and Tic Tac’s rap prowess had deteriorated considerably, thus their inability to release songs that can match what they recorded back in the day.Reggie Rockstone asked on social media when last Roro produced a hit song to merit his statement on Kontihene and Tic Tac. He said: “What have you produced lately worth listening sir Roro? Last hit? I’m saying though! Shaking my head [smh] #OpinionatedGhana.”
Roro, in a Facebook rebuttal, pointed out the success of his recent works and rated himself far above the hiplife grandpapa.
“Ermmmmmmm somebody shld pls tell my grand paa(reggie rockstone) that in 2015,i produced the Daddy lumba/Ampong album and 40,000 cd’s hv been sold already.i just produced a highlife tune (mafe wo) for ras kuuku which is huge now.smbdy shld aslo ask reggie for me if he has even sold 500 copies of any of his albums before.well reggie knws when he hits me,i go bite am so he loves to get on ma nerves.hmmmmmmm i pray i dnt act like reggie when i get to his age.he was in da game b4 me but musically reggie……u aint anywhere closer to me.just bring it on and i promise u a diss song.woy3 aye panin bone paaaa. #inobore,” he posted.

Atom gets customized Range Rover + says Apple Music paid almost $50,000 for using his song

2016 Ghana Music Awards hiplife song of the year, ‘Ye Wo Krom’ by Atom was recently played at the Developer Conference of tech giant, Apple  to climax the demo on the allnew Apple Music App. And according to Atom, he received a ‘fat cheque’ from Apple for that!

Speaking on the AM Pluzz show with Sammy Flex, Atom revealed that he followed the social media post, contacted Apple company and had a deal with them for using his work without his permission. He claimed: “Apple paid me between $20,000 and $50,000 for using my song without first contacting me.”

He further revealed that the entire process of the settlement between himself and Apple took 45 days.

Nigerian actor turned politician, Desmond Elliot has rented  and furnished an apartment for a homeless laundry woman who lives under his constituency in Surulere.
The actor shared photos of the apartment and the touching story of how he met her:
“So I rehabilitated this bore hole a few months ago, and the woman in this picture apparently is homeless and lives there at that spot, she bought a generator to power the bore hole (she washes clothes for a living). Boy was I impressed? So I decided to give her a little surprise. She got a clean, fresh, room apartment with a television,gotv,fan, matress and chair ..a place to retire to after a days work. Congrats to her”.
